Non Delivery

I rarely write reviews but believe it necessary regarding my experience with a recent order I placed with Freelogoservices.
Despite placing an order over a month ago, I have not received the products ordered, nor have I received any information on where it is, or when I can expect it, despite numerous attempts to contact the company. Their website has had it "In Production" for nearly 4 weeks. On complaining to the company, I have been asked to reorder rather than resolve the issue with the current order and to wait another 3-4 weeks. I have now asked for a refund, but doubt I will receive one based on experience to date.
This is not a rant, but more a note of caution for anyone considering purchasing from this company. I am happy that some people have had a positive experience with them, but note that many others have had the same experience as me.
They may respond to this review, but they have burnt their bridges with me through many vague responses that are just a play for time. I expect any response will be more of the same so will ignore it and suggest you do the same!

I order my business card a week ago I still I haven’t received my card or my refund. Don’t not order from this website. Zero customer service help I try contact them no answer.

Terrible Service with Zero Trust!!

I designed and ordered some business with this company. All seemed well initially. When I received the business cards the print quality was a little disappointing but essentially acceptable. Unfortunately the business cards arrived in packaging so battered that I cannot use it as intended store the cards.
However here is the real issue. I have not received my digital file for the artwork/design. I have emailed the company 3 times over a 4 week period to enquire why there is no option to download my paid for design but have had NO REPLY AT ALL. They claim there is a 24 hours response to email. Their chat facility is constantly unavailable. I can find no telephone number to call them.

Customer Service is virtual. So, you have to allow a few days for a respond. They own your logo rights along with hosting registration for your domain.

Order Never Arrived

I ordered shirts, paid for them but they never arrived and when I called they said it had been over 6 months so there's nothing they can do. I'm currently disputing the charges with PayPal but the company doesn't answer any of PayPal's inquiries. Initially I received back a shirt with custom embroidery plus custom mugs that I really liked so I ordered more but never received them. There also seems to be no customer service to ask about it. The website provides no tracking information.

Business support

I realize it was my error and not renewing my domain due to using an old email when registering but I would think that they would have more support for businesses who depend on their websites and email. All I want to do is renew the domain. Seems simple enough to update payment info and renew online. Guess I'll wait for someone to respond to an email?

After giving the company the opportunity and four weeks to rectify still nothing no website transfer or even anyone to speak to in regards to it. They say on the chat their supervisor will get back to me and still yet no correspondence. As you can see from their response they state " two month credit to cover the next two recurring monthly payments as well" however today they attempted to take more money out of my account!!! If i could give them 0 star i would!!! i have now decided to move to a different company!!!

Paid for items…NO SHOW!

Ordered a number of items for delivery to the UK on 20th January. Business cards and car magnet showed as dispatched and arrived in good time. However as yet we STILL have not received the bulk of our order which is polo shirts and hoodies with logos. We emailed to ask where they were but were fobbed off saying that we must have them by now, ask your neighbours etc. The website says they're still in production!? Our MD got involved and sent another email which as yet has been ignored. All in all a very poor service and my business remains over £250.00 out of pocket! Not good.

Unethical Business Practices

Do NOT give them your credit card details! I bought a logo in 2019 and now I'm being charged for a domain I never wanted nor do I even know what it is! I have never received an email or an invoice either! When I finally figured out who charged me and contacted them through a chat (as they have no phone number) they cancelled the domain and told me they would refund my money but apparently now are not able to process the refund!!!

Would give zero stars if possible

Would give zero stars if possible. Someone has created an account with FreeLogoServices using my credit card. I've explained this in 10 different emails. Unless I can give the email address and details on the account that was created, they will not help me. Since I did not create the account, I cannot provide. They are continuting to charge my credit card regardless.
